Football Manager 2023 is official.
A release date of 8 November 2023 has been announced with the likelihood of a beta release in the two weeks previous. The early access for Football Manager 2022 was on 22 October 2021 so we should expect to see something similar for the 2023 edition.
What do we know about Football Manager 2023
The game is coming in four different flavours
- Football Manager 2023 PC/MAC (Available via Steam, Epic Games, Microsoft Store, Xbox Game Pass for PC)
- Football Manager 2023 Console (PS5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass)
- Football Manager 2023 Mobile (Android, iOS)
- Football Manager 2023 Touch (Apple Arcade, Nintendo Switch)
Some of the key artwork for the new game shows that Football Manager 2023 has been made an officially licensed product of the UEFA Champions League with both the Champions League and UEFA Europa League well represented on the visual front. Could this be a sign of changes to match day introductions when in European competition?
Pre-sale descriptions via Sports Interactive are touting “new tools”, “new features” and “licensing updates” with details on the way in late September. Football Manager 2023 mobile will also be available from 8 November with iOS and Android pre-orders set to begin in October. FM Touch is already listed in the Apple Store.
