Achievement hunter: All 100 Football Manager 2023 achievements and how to unlock them (PC/Mac)

If you’re the kind of gamer who likes to measure your performance in a game based on the number of achievements you’ve unlocked then you’re in luck with Football Manager with 100 achievements waiting for you in the 2023 version.

With the game having launched (officially) in November, two months have passed but it could take you an entire game cycle or more to get through all the achievements on offer, particularly if you’re not one for network play, draft modes or PVP.

Thankfully, the majority are available to those who prefer solo careers and offline play though you’ll want to be in it for the long haul too with some of the achievements requiring runs from 30 games to 20 years, really testing your managerial commitment.

So, by alphabetical order, here are all the achievements you can unlock in Football Manager 2023 with a note on how you pick them up. They can also be tracked in game from Main Menu > Achievements, or via your Steam / Epic Games account. There are fewer achievements (41) for Xbox with the PS5 version of the game set to drop in February.
